ഹോസ്റ്റൽ നിബന്ധനകളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും താഴെ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ കർശനമായി പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് 1. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഐഡന്റിറ്റി കോപ്പി, ഫോട്ടോ എന്നിവ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. 2. എല്ലാ മാസവും അതാത് തീയതികളിൽ ഹോസ്റ്റൽ ഫീ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. 3. ഹോസ്റ്റൽ വെക്കേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് 15 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 4. നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഗസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാനേജ്മെന്റിന്റെ അനുവാദം വാങ്ങേണ്ടതും ഗസ്റ്റ് ഫീ ഒരു ദിവസത്തേക്ക് 400 രൂപ ഇടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. 5. റൂം വൃത്തിയായി സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതും വേസ്റ്റ് ഇടുവാനായി വേസ്റ്റ് ബിൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. 6. മാനേജ്മെന്റ് റൂം ഒഴിഞ്ഞുതരാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ റൂം ഒഴിയാൻ നിങ്ങൾ ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണ്. 7. വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ സ്വയം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 8. രാത്രി 11 മണിക്ക് ശേഷം ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ കയറുവാനോ പുറത്തു പോകുവാനോ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 9. ഒരാഴ്ചയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്നും വിട്ടുനിൽക്കുന്നത് അറിയിക്കാതെയാണെങ്കിൽ റൂമിന്റെ വാടകയുമായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതാണ്. 10. അഡ്മിഷനെടുത്ത് എത്ര ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വെക്കേറ്റ് ചെയ്താലും വാടകയും രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഫീസും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. 11. ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്നും വീട്ടിലേക്കോ മറ്റുവിടങ്ങളിലേക്കോ പോകുമ്പോൾ വാർഡനെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 12. ഹോസ്റ്റൽ റൂമിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും വസ്തുവകകൾക്ക് കേടുപാടുകളോ നാശനഷ്ടങ്ങളോ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ ആ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ വില അതാത് വ്യക്തികളിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. 13. ഹോസ്റ്റലിന് പുറത്ത് കൂട്ടം കൂടി നിൽക്കുകയോ സമീപവാസികൾക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ആരിൽ നിന്ന് ഉണ്ടായാലും അവർക്കെതിരെ കർശന നടപടികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. 14. ഹോസ്റ്റലിലെ ഭക്ഷണം, റൂം ക്ലീനിംഗ് ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും പരാതിയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാനേജ്മെന്റിനെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 15. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന റൂമോ ബെഡ്ഡോ മാറണമെങ്കിൽ മാനേജ്മെന്റിനെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 16. അനുവാദമില്ലാതെ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ റൂമിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. 17. റൂമിലെ വെക്കന്റ് ആയ ബെഡ്ഡുകളിൽ മറ്റു കുട്ടികൾ സാധനങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും എടുക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. 18. ഹോസ്റ്റൽ വാടക കാലാവധി (Rent Date) കഴിഞ്ഞ് വീട്ടിൽ പോയിരിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ റൂം വെക്കേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, അവരുടെ ലഗേജുകൾ റൂമിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അവ തിരികെ വന്ന് എടുക്കുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രതിദിനം 250 രൂപ വീതം ചാർജ് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഞാൻ പാലിച്ചുകൊള്ളാം.
