Refund Policy

1. Overview

FindMyHostel (a brand under Bodhwi Technologies Private Limited) provides a platform for discovering and connecting with hostel accommodations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for any paid services on our platform.

2. Free Services

Searching for and browsing hostel listings on FindMyHostel is free. No payment is required to view listings, contact hostel owners (via the platform), or shortlist properties. These free services are not subject to any refund policy.

3. Paid Services

If you have paid for a premium listing or any other paid service offered by FindMyHostel, the following refund terms apply:

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund if the service has not been activated or delivered.
  • After activation: No refund is available once a paid service has been activated and delivered.
  • Technical failure: If a payment is charged but the service was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
4. Third-Party Transactions

FindMyHostel does not process or handle payments between tenants and hostel owners. Any financial transactions for accommodation (rent, deposits, etc.) are strictly between the user and the hostel owner. FindMyHostel is not responsible for refunds related to accommodation payments.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@findmyhostel.in with your order/transaction ID and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
