-Room rent depends on room size & floor -3 Time Meal Available – ₹3500/Month (Extra Charges) -Food service is optional and available separately -Room booking confirmed only after advance payment. -PG operating hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. -Residents arriving or leaving after 10:00 PM must inform the management in advance. -Overnight stay without prior permission is strictly not allowed. -Friends, relatives, or any guests are not allowed inside the rooms without prior permission from the management. -Maintain a peaceful, respectful, and friendly environment within the PG premises. -Playing loud music, using speakers at high volume, or disturbing other residents is strictly prohibited. -Keep your room, bathroom, and kitchen clean at all times. 🧹 -Use the dustbin properly and help maintain cleanliness throughout the premises. 🗑️ -Use water 🚿, electricity ⚡, and Wi-Fi 📶 responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage. -Switch off the AC, fan, lights, and geyser whenever they are not in use. -Any damage to PG property or furniture will be charged to the responsible resident. -Residents are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage. -Monthly rent must be paid on or before the due date. -Late payment may attract a penalty. -The security deposit is fully refundable, subject to the terms below. -A minimum stay of 3 months (Lock-in Period) is mandatory. -If a resident vacates the PG before completing the 3-month lock-in period, the security deposit will not be refunded. -Residents must inform the management in advance before vacating the PG. -After deducting any outstanding dues or charges for damages, the remaining security deposit will be refunded. -Residents must present a valid government-issued ID proof whenever requested by the management. -Before leaving the PG, residents must return the room key and any other PG property in good condition.
