* The Tenant shall not use the building or premises for any unlawful or illegal purposes or any other purposes. In such an event the Lessor reserves the right to instruct the lessee to vacate the premises immediately. * The Tenant shall indemnify the Lessor against all costs and remedies in such event. * The Tenant shall NOT cause any obstructions or nuisances to inmates of the building in any form during the stay * The security deposit will be refunded after a minimum stay of three months, subject to deductions for any damages to the property or for recovery of unpaid rent and dues * Pay the rental when it becomes due on or before every 5th day of the subsequent month. * The Tenant shall not drive-in Nails into any of the walls and damage the putty finish * Tenant should refrain from using Illegal drugs, consuming alcohol, smoking, and public intoxication are not allowed in the premises. This includes the Bedrooms, Living room, Kitchen, elevator, Balcony, Bathrooms, Utility Area and the area in the front of the hostel and corridor * Usage of Washing Machine and Iron Box between 6pm-6am is not permitted.
