USE BED SHEET AND PILLOW COVER- In the time of room inspection, we found if you are not using a bed sheet and pillow cover you have. to pay the amount of bed and pillow. In the time of inspection we found your room are not clean, we will clean the room from our own side but you have to pay Rs. 100/- for cleaning boy 2. KEEP YOUR ROOM AND TOILET CLEAN- Keep a cloth bag for dirty clothes. Put your plastic and paper waste in the waste bin. Put your plastic and paper waste in the waste bin properly. (Shampoo covers soap covers food packets etc...) Every two weeks, please give your bed sheet and pillow cover for washing based on a washing charge 3. Outsiders not allowed inside the premises 4. Don't keep valuable items inside the room, Management is not responsible for the same. 5. Don't damage anything inside the premises, if it happen you have to bear the expenses 6. You are not allowed to enter into other room 7. DON'T WASTE FOOD -Use your food register properly -If you require food please tick in the food register then only you will get the food,don't misuse food. 8. Food not allowed inside the room, use dining room otherwise you are compulsory to pay the maintenance charge as per the management decision 9. Do not write or paint on the walls: if we find anything dirty, please pay the amount of the expenses 10. Use roof top for dress washing and drying, don't use balcony, if we notice the same, its chargeable 11. Please put your paper plastic and food waste separately in the waste bin 12. Use IN and OUT register-Write in and out register when going out and coming back 13. USE HOME REGISTER 14. Write your complaint regarding plumbing and electrical work in register book 15. Please switch off your light fan and pipe after use otherwise you have to pay the loss incurred by us. If we found any misuse of electricity you have to pay and amount of Rs. 500/- per day and for water, cost of a water tanker ie Rs.2000/- 16. Keep your room key in the office, don't misplace it. If you loss the key please pay the cost of the same 17. The fee is payable at the beginning of every month, Fee date is 3 to 5. Not paying fee on time, then you will get only 3 days to pay the fee, after that you are insisted for compulsory vacating 18. The amount paid as hostel fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Security deposit will be refunded only if 3 months stay and 15 days prior notice is given. 19. Don't make any noise after 10 pm- Requested by our neighbours, because it is a disturbance for them. 20. In the time of vacating don't keep any waste here, take all your belongings or pay an amount for waste clearing purpose
